How much RAM the iPhone 4 has?
According to MacRumors iPhone 4 has 512MB RAM.
That makes iPhone 4 more powerful than the iPad, because iPad has 256Mb and iPhone 3GS has 256Mb RAM. (Actually, next iPad will come with 512Mb of RAM)
Android phone had 1Ghz Processor and 512MB RAM a long-long time ago, but android is a lot less memory efficient than the iOS.
